摘 要:Thrombosis and in-stent restenosis constitute major clinical failures of endovascular stent implantation. In this research,a polyelectrolyte multilayered film of heparin/collagen was constructed onto the endovascular stent via layer-by-layer deposition. The in vitro human platelet adhesion test and blood clotting time assessments demonstrated that the fabricated multilayer took on excellent hemocompatibility. The in vitro human umbilical vein endothelial cell culture results show that the endothelial cell adhesion and proliferation are greatly promoted after the multilayer modification.Such multilayered endovascular stents with excellent hemocompatibilty and human endothelial cytocompatibility may have great potential in clinical applications.Thrombosis and in-stent restenosis constitute major clinical failures of endovascular stent implantation.
