摘  要:[目的]提高度米芬合成的收率和纯度,降低能耗。[方法]以十二烷基二甲基叔胺和2-溴苯乙醚为原料,采用不同温度、不同反应原料摩尔比、不同溶剂,以测定这些因素对度米芬的收率、晶型、熔点的影响。[结果]100℃,n(2-溴苯乙醚)∶n(十二烷基二甲基叔胺)=1.0∶1.1,溶剂为四氢呋喃(THF),反应时间为3 h的条件下反应效果较好,得到收率较高和熔程较短的白色片状结晶度米芬。[结论]此条件下度米芬收率和纯度大大提高,反应时间缩短,能耗减少。[ Objective] The aim was to improve the yield and purity of domiphen bromide, reduce energy consumption. [ Method ] Domiphen bromide was synthesized from dodecyt dimethyl amine and 2-bromide-benzenether. The reaction time, reaction solvent, material molar ratio factors on yield, crystal form, melting point were studied. [ Results]The optimal conditions for the latter reaction were as follows: reaction temperaturee of 100 ℃, the molar ratio of 2-phenoxyethylbromide to dodecyl dimethyl amine of 1.0:1.1, solvent of THF, reaction time of 3 hours. Under these conditions, the yield and crystal form were perfect and the melting range was short. [ Conclusion ] Under these reaction conditions, the yield and purity were greatly higher than others, with the reduced energy and shorten reaction time.
