摘  要:[目的]研究60Co-γ射线对鲁春白1号(83-1)大白菜种子的影响,为射线辐射处理蔬菜种子的研究提供参考。[方法]用不同剂量60Co-γ射线对鲁春白1号(83-1)大白菜种子进行辐射,观测其对种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]结果表明,鲁春白1号(83-1)大白菜种子发芽率、根长与辐射剂量呈负相关,在该试验辐射范围内(20~200 Gy),20 Gy有利于发芽后期根的生长,80 Gy促进芽的生长,比对照的芽长增加了4.8%,而辐射剂量超过100 Gy则抑制幼苗的生长。[结论]试验结果对于探讨快速、高效地培育农业生产方法有一定的参考意义。[ Objective] The reference, for the research on the radiation treatment of cabbage was provided through the experiment in the effect of ^60Co-γ ray on the cabbage variety--Luchuanhai No. 1. [Method] The cabbage was irradiated with the different amounts of ^60Co-γ ray and then its germination rate and seeding growth were observed. [ Results] The results showed that there was the negative relation between the irradiation dose and the germination rate,the length of roots, respectively. In this experiment the radiation volume was from 20 to 200 Gy. The root growth in the later period of germination may be promoted while the radiation amount was 20 Gy, the treatment of 80 Gy to bud improved the bud length for more than 4.8% compared with that of the CK. And the seed growth was restrained when the irradiation dose was over 100 Gy. [Conclusion] It was significance to do the experiment in rapid and high-efficiency agricultural industry-culturing.
