野生大百合的引种适应性研究

摘　　要：[目的]为在苏州地区引种大百合,丰富该地区百合科球根花卉的种类提供理论依据。[方法]在为期2年的大百合引种试验中观察其适应性,并进行鳞茎繁殖试验。[结果]11月至翌年1月为其休眠期。其鳞茎中央芽2月中旬开始萌动,3月初破土,1个月后株高约为25 cm。4月上旬茎节开始伸长,直立茎顶端花芽已经形成。4月下旬株高可达1 m,花芽高10 cm。5月10日前后进入始花期,1周后进入盛花期,6月初花谢子房开始膨大。6月下旬果实长至7 cm左右,色泽加深。疏林下生长的大百合平均株高达1.73 m,光照充足时平均株高为1.51 m。疏林下生长的大百合单株花朵数为16.88朵,花序长为16.17 cm,平均开花天数为24 d;光照充足时单株花朵数13.16朵,花序长为14.96 cm,平均开花天数为18 d。[结论]该研究对在园林绿化中推广应用野生大百合具有重要意义。[ Objective] The aim was to supply theoretical basis for introducing Lysimachia christinae ＇Aurea＇ in Suzhou area and enriching its kinds of flower bulbs in liliaeeae family. [ Method] The adaptabilty of ＇ Aurea＇ was observed and the bulb propagation experiment was performed in 2-year introduetion experiment. [Result] The duration from Nov. to Jan. of the next year was its dormant period. The central buds of its bulbs began to germinate in middle Feb. and broke ground at the beginning of Mar. and the plant height was about 25 cm after 1 month. The stem node started to elongate in early Apr. and the flower bud land been formed on the top of erect stem. The plant height could reach 1 m and the height of flower bud was 10 cm in late Apr. It entered into initial flowering stage on the day around May 10th and into full-blooming stage after 1 week. The flower fell and the ovary began to enlarge at the beginning of Jun. The fruit grew to be about 7 em and its color was deepened in late Jun. The mean plant height of＇ Aurea＇ growing in sparse woods was up to 1.73 m and its mean plant height was 1.51 m when the sunlight was abundant. The flower number per plant of＇ Aurea＇ growing in sparse woods was 16.88, its inflorescence length was 16.17 cm and its mean flowering period was 24 d. When the sunlight was abundant, its flower number per plant was 13.16, its inflorescence length was 14.96 cm and its mean flowering period was 18 d. [ Conclusion] The study had important meaning for popularizing and applying wild ＇Aurea＇ in garden greening.
