宁夏产秦艽中龙胆苦苷分布状态研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究宁夏产秦艽中龙胆苦苷的分布状态。[方法]采用RP-HPLC测定宁夏产3种秦艽不同部位中龙胆苦苷的含量。[结果]根部龙胆苦苷的含量高于地上其他部位,而且秦艽最高,麻花秦艽次之,小秦艽最低;部分秦艽的花、叶或茎所含的龙胆苦苷超过中国药典2%的要求。[结论]考虑开发利用秦艽的地上资源。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the distribution state of gentiopiemside in Gentiana macrophylla from Ningxia. [ Method] The gentiopicroside in different parts of three kinds of Contiana were determined by using RP-HPLC. [Result] The content of gentiopicruside in mot was higher than other aerial parts. The content of gentiopicroside in Gentiaria macrophylla Pall. was highest, followed by Gentiarm straminea Maxim., and that in G. dahurica Fiseh. was lowest. The content of gentiopicroside in some flowers, leaves or sterns of gentiana was more than the standard （2%） of China Pharmeopoeia. [ Conclusion] The aerial resources of Gentiana should be exploited.
