创新安徽农村留守老人的养老保障思路——基于土地流转的思考

摘　　要：介绍了传统土地保障功能弱化的具体表现,分析了传统土地保障制度对农村经济发展的阻滞作用,并据此提出了创新安徽农村留守老人养老保障制度的思路。The concrete manifestation about the weakening of traditional land security function was introduced, and the retardative effects of the traditional land security system on the rnral economic development were analyzed. The innovative thoughts of old-age security for rural remained elderly in Anhui Province were put forward based on the above analysis.
