摘  要:为配合高炉精料冶炼,马钢一铁总厂进行了烧结矿喷洒抑制粉化剂的生产试验。结果表明,新型抑制粉化剂较传统的CaCl2溶液效果更为明显。在马钢现有生产条件下,喷洒该抑制粉化剂能有效改善烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能,使高炉透气性指数增加,坐崩料次数明显减少,炉况顺畅,同时能降低焦比,产生一定的经济效益。In line with high-grade blast furnace burden smelting, a test of spraying a new type of disintegration inhibiting agent on sinter was conducted in Masteel No.1 iron-making plant. The result shows that the effect of the new type of disintegration inhibiting agent is more remarkable compared with the conventional CaC12 solution. Under the existing production conditions of Masteel, spraying the new type of disintegration inhibiting agent can effectively improve the low temperature reduction degradation performance of the sinter, increase the permeability index of the blast furnace and decrease the times of slipping significantly, it can also make the furnace condition smooth and reduce coke ratio, and certain economic benefits are obtained.
