摘 要:目的观察高脂血症对大鼠大脑皮质神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)能神经元的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为实验组和对照组(n=30)。实验组饲以高脂饲料,于高脂饲料喂养7d、30d、90d后取大脑组织行免疫组化染色,显微图像分析。结果与正常对照组相比,高脂饲料喂养30d和90d后,大鼠血清总胆固醇浓度显著升高,NPY免疫阳性神经元数目和光密度增加(p<0.05),90d显著增加(p<0.01)。结论高脂血症时,NPY在大鼠大脑皮质过表达。Objective To observe the change of neuropeptide Y (NPY)-like neurons number and expression of NPY in cerebral cortex of hyperlipemia rats. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly and averagely divided into experiment (fed with high lipid diet for 7d, 30d, 90d respectively) and control groups (fed with nomal diet). SP immunohistochemistry method was used and the result was analysed with microimage analysis system. Results Compared with the control, the total cholesterol content in serum increased obviously, the number and mean optical density of NPY- positive neurons in the cortex increased significantly at 30d (p〈0.05) and 90d (p〈0.01) after administration of high lipid diet. Conclusions Hyperlipemia causes the overexpression of neuropeptide Y in the cortex of rats.
