摘  要:目的研究黄芩苷(Baicalin)对四氧嘧啶致小鼠糖尿病的降糖作用.方法采用小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,在该模型上,以二甲双胍为阳性对照,研究黄芩苷灌胃给药对糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖原和抗氧化酶的影响.结果低剂量黄芩苷(12.5mg/kg)对糖尿病小鼠有明显降血糖作用,而对糖耐量没有明显的改善作用.此外,黄芩苷能促进肌糖原的合成,剂量依赖性地增加肝脏超氧化物歧化酶的活力.结论黄芩苷在一定的剂量范围内能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,但能显著提高抗氧化酶的活力,提示黄芩苷可能对糖尿病并发症有一定的防治作用.Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of baicalin on alloxan-induced diabetic Methods Mice were injected with alloxan 60 mg/kg body weight though tail vein to induce diabetic animals. The effects of baicalin on the blood glucose, glycogen and activities of antioxidases were investigated in alloxan-induced diabetic mice. Results Baicalin (12.5 mg/kg) and metformin significantly reduced the non-fasting blood glucose level, but baicalin did not improve the impaired glucose tolerance in diabetic mice. Nevertheless, baicalin significantly increased muscle glycogen content, and dose-dependently augmented the activity of SOD which would be in liver. Conclusion Baicalin has the hypoglycemic effect, and increases the activity of SOD benefited to prevention and treatment of complication of diabetes.
