摘　　要：目的探讨肥胖合并糖耐量减低儿童血清脂联素水平变化。方法选择2006年2月至2007年12月来本院儿科门诊就诊的肥胖症合并糖耐量减低患儿38例，同时选择健康儿童30例为对照组；测定两组儿童空腹血清脂联素、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2h血糖和胰岛素，计算胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA—IR）。结果与对照组相比肥胖合并糖耐量减低患儿血清脂联素水平明显降低（t=11．96，P〈0．01），胰岛素抵抗指数明显升高（t=8．42，P〈0．01）。结论肥胖合并糖耐量减低儿童与健康儿童相比血清脂联素水平明显降低。Objective To investigate variation of the sero - adiponectin in obese children with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods A total of 38 obese children with impaired glucose tolerance were recruited from pediatrics out - patient clinic of our hospital. At the same time 30 healthy children were recruited as controls. Sero - adiponectin, blood - fat, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose, blood glucose and insulinum after OGTF for 2 hours were determined. HOMA - IR was calculated. Results The sero - adiponectin of obese children with impaired glucose tolerance was significantly decreased compared with controls （ t = 11.96,P 〈0.01 ）, but the HOMA -IR of obese children was obviously increased （ t = 8.42,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The sero -adiponectin of obese children with IGT is significantly decreased compared with controls.
