摘 要:以氯化钙(CaCl2)为络合剂,分别在纯甲酸溶剂和氯仿/甲酸混合溶剂中对超高相对分子质量聚己内酰胺(UHMWPA6)进行了低摩尔比的局部络合,对UHMWPA6络合液进行了制膜和干法纺丝,研究了纤维及膜的拉伸性能和形态。结果表明:在氯仿/甲酸混合溶剂中,氯仿的加入可明显提高局部络合UHMWPA6纤维及膜的拉伸性能,络合比为0.5时,UHMWPA6膜的最大拉伸倍数达10。SEM观察表明,纤维和膜中所含的络合剂在干燥过程中会重结晶析出,且随络合比的增加,纤维拉伸性能提高,结晶析出量增大。The partial complexation of ultrahigh-relative molecular mass polycaprolactam (UHMWPA6) was conducted at low mole ratio with calcium chloride ( CaCl2 ) as a complexing agent in presence of pure formic acid solvent and chloroform/formic acid mixture solvent. The UHMWPA6 complexing solution was produced into film or spun into fiber via dry spinning process. The tensile property and morphology of the obtained fiber and film were studied. The results showed that the tensile property of the partially complex UHMWPA6 fiber and film can be considerably improved due to the addition of chloroform into the mixture solvent. The UHMWPA6 film had the maximal draw ratio of 10 when the complex ratio was 0.5. The SEM observation showed that the complexing agent in the fiber and film can be separated by recrystallization during the drying process. The tensile property of the fiber and the precipitation quantity was raised with the complex ratio.
