摘  要:采用处理剂对扁平腈纶进行浸渍试验,探讨了处理剂的种类及质量配比对扁平腈纶性能的影响。结果表明:烷基醚磷酸酯(3#)和烷基聚氧乙烯醚(4#)组成的复配处理剂适合扁平腈纶的生产,其中3#可使纤维具有良好的滑爽性,4#可提高纤维的抗静电性;随着复配处理剂中4#含量的增加,纤维的上染率减小,纤维的比电阻值降低;当复配处理剂3#/4#质量比为1/3时,扁平腈纶上染率达到81%,纤维比电阻值为8.04×106Ω.cm;纤维具有较好的白度,手感滑爽,蓬松性和抗静电效果良好。The immersion experiment was conducted for fiat acrylic fiber in presence of treating agent. The effect of the variety and mass ratio of treating agent on the properties of fiat acrylic fiber was discussed. The results showed that the complex treating agent containing polyoxyethylene alkyl phosphate ester (3^#) and alkyl polyoxyethylene ether (4^#) was the reasonable choice for fiat acrylic fiber production, in which 3^# contributed favorable liveliness to the fiber and 4^# improved the antistatic behavior of the fiber. The dye up-take and specific resistance of the fiber was decreased while increasing the content of 4^# in the complex treating agent. The obtained fiat fiber exhibited the dye up-take up to 81% , specific resistance 8.04×10^6Ω·cm and fairly good brightness, liveliness, bulkiness and antistatic behavior as the mass ratio of 3^#/4^# was 1/3.
