摘 要:利用汽油机自身的燃油供应系统,建立了高压点火、低压喷射的快速空气加热器(RAH),使用这种加热器对汽油机冷起动过程的排放进行了试验研究。研究表明:RAH能快速加热进气,并且本身排放量较少。在环境温度为-2℃时,仅需加热32 s就能使进气温度由9℃上升至30℃,在发动机起动后还会继续升高。在发动机起动后最初40 s内,经预热的进气可使HC和CO排放分别降低46%和36.4%,在同样的时间燃用乙醇汽油,可使HC和CO排放分别降低33.4%和11.1%。结果表明RAH为有效的降低汽油机冷起动排放的装置。A rapid air heater (RAH) with low pressure injection and high voltage ignition was introduced. The investigation of emissions of gasoline engine during cold-start was conducted by using the RAH. The results show that the RAH can heat intake air fastly and has lower emissions. After preheating for 32 seconds, the intake air temperature can increase from 9 ℃ to 30 ℃ at --2 ℃ ambient temperature, and the temperature can further increase after engine start-up. Within 40 s after engine start, by preheating intake air the HC and CO emission can be reduced by 46% and by 36.4% respectively, while the HC and CO emission are decreased by 33.4% and by 11.1% respectively when the engine is fuelled with ethanol-gasoline. The study suggests that RAH is an effective device to reduce cold-start emissions of gasoline engines.
