摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于电感传感器中的数字相敏检波器(DPSD)的硬件电路和软件设计,并分析了其实现原理。经过实验验证,这种检测方式具有很高的测量精度,可以应用于精密和超精密测量中。The hardware circuit and software applied to a digital phase-sensitive detector in the inductive micrometer were designed, and the principle how to implement digital phase-sensitive detection was analyzed. The experiments show that the way of detection has good performance index and can be applied in precise and ultra precise measurement.
