摘 要:基于车辆转向系统的设计理论,以转向系统外轮实际转角与理论转角的误差累计最小为优化目标,利用ADAMS自身提供的优化算法,通过对ADAMS的二次开发,实现了对转向系统优化设计的参数化。以优化的结果为设计参数,在SolidEdge环境下建立了叉车转向系统的三维模型,将该模型传递到ADAMS环境下进行运动轨迹仿真,在虚拟环境下验证了优化设计的结果。Taking the minimum cumulative error of the actual streering angle and the theoretical steering angle of the outer wheel of the steering system as optimization objective, using the optimization algorithm provided by ADAMS and through the secondary development under the ADAMS-View environment, a simplified parameterized model of the steer system was created and the optimum design of the parts of the steer system was realized. By using the optimum results as design parameters, 3D model of the fork truck steering system was built in the SolidEdge environment, and the virtual simulation of system motion was carried out under ADAMS-View environment, which verifies the the optimum design results.
