摘 要:传统液压控制元件存在响应时间慢、可靠性差、结构复杂和不易实现小型化等缺点。磁流变液体作为一种智能流体,可在毫秒级时间内实现液-固之间的转换,并且这种转换可逆、可控。利用磁流变液体这一特性,设计了一新型磁流变流体控制元件,介绍了该控制元件的结构特点及工作原理,建立该控制元件的数学模型,并应用动态仿真技术对其动态性能进行了理论分析。分析结果表明,与传统液压控制元件相比,磁流变流体控制元件具有较高的响应速度和系统稳定性,能更好地满足一般小功率、低压控制系统的要求。Traditional hydraulic control unit exists many disadvantages such as low response time, bad reliability, complex structure, difficult miniaturization, etc. Magnetorheologieal fluid, as a intellectual fluid, can transform from liquid state to solid state in several millisecond. The transform is controllable and reversible. Using the characteristic of magnetorheological fluid, a new kind of MR fluid control unit, MR servo valve was designed. Its structure characteristics and work principle were introduced. The mathematic model of MR servo valve was modeled and simulation was carried out to analyze the dynamic characteristics. The analysis shows that the system controlled by MR servo valve is prone to achieve quicker response and better stabilization than the traditional hydraulic control unit. It can satisfy the requests of low power and low pressure situation.
