摘　　要：目的:研究CYP2A6基因rs8192720多态性与新疆汉族食管癌易感性的关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究方法,以聚合酶链式反应-连接酶检测反应(polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction,PCR-LDR)技术,分析107例食管癌患者(病例组)和204例非食管癌患者(对照组)CYP2A6基因rs8192720A/G位点基因型的分布,并比较不同基因型与食管癌易感性的关系。结果:GG、GA、AA基因型在病例组中的分布频率分别为66.35%、32.69%和0.96%,在对照组中为69.59%、27.84%和2.58%,两组间基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.45,P=0.48);GG和GA+AA基因型在病例组和对照组中分布差异也无统计学意义(χ2=0.33,P=0.57)。结论:CYP2A6基因rs8192720A/G位点多态性与新疆地区汉族人食管癌易感性无相关性。Objective： To determine the association between cytochrome P450 2A6 rs8192720 polymorphism and the susceptibility of esophageal cancer in Han nationality. Methods： A case-control study was conducted. The polymorphism of CYP2A6 gene at rs8192720 A/G position was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction （PCR-LDR） methods in 107 esophageal cancer cases and 204 non-cancer controls. The frequencies of genotype and allele and the association between the genetic polymorphisms and cancer risk were analyzed. Results： The frequency of GG, GA and AA genotypes in the case subjects were 66.35%, 32.69%, 0.96% respectively and in the control subjects were 69.59%, 27.84%, 2.58%. No significant difference was observed in the frequency of CYP2A6 genotypes between cases and controls （X^2 =1.45, P =0.48）. The genotype of GG and GA＋AA has not significance between the cases and controls （X^2=0.33, P =0.57）. Conclusion： CYp2A6 rs8192720A/G polymorphism is unlikely to be associated with the susceptibility to esophageal cancer.
