60例系统性红斑狼疮并发贫血的分析

摘　　要：为了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)并发贫血患者的临床表现、实验室及骨髓检查的特征,对60例SLE并发贫血的患者(贫血组)与同期40例不伴贫血的SLE患者(非贫血组)的临床特点进行对照研究,分析贫血组的临床表现、实验室及骨髓检查的特点。结果显示:贫血组乏力症状比非贫血组明显多见;贫血组Plt减少和C4降低的检出率均明显高于非贫血组;骨髓穿刺发现,贫血组的骨髓嗜酸细胞、原红细胞、早红细胞及中红细胞比例均高于非贫血组;贫血组ANA滴度为1∶320的检出率低于非贫血组;上述指标均有统计学差异。结论:贫血组与非贫血组在临床表现、实验室及骨髓检查有一定的差异。The study was aimed to explore the characterestics of clinical manifestation, laboratory indicators and bone marrow examination of SLE patients with anemia. 60 SLE patients with anemia were analyzed for their clinical manifestation, laboratory indicators and bone marrow examination in comparison with 40 contemporaneous SLE patients without anemia. The results indicated that there were significant differences in clinical manifestations of fatigue between the SLE patients with anemia and those without anemia. The detection rate of the descreased Pit and C4 and the percentages of eosinophils, early normoblast, polychromatic norrnoblast and orthochromatic normoblast in bone marrow were all higher than that in those without anemia. The ANA with titer 1 ： 320 in SLE patients complicated by anemia was lower than that in those without anemia. In conclusion, the clinical manifestation, experimental examination and bone marrow findings were significantly different between the SLE patients with anemia and without anemia.
