摘  要:目的探讨不同温度心脏不停跳二尖瓣置换术对心肌保护效果。方法将60例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣病变的患者随机分为实验组(中度低温心不停跳组)与对照组(浅低温心脏不心停跳组),每组30例,于6个时点采静脉血,检测血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)。结果两组转机后CGRP持续升高,对照组较实验组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论浅低温心脏不停跳二尖瓣置换术较中度低温有利于CGRP的合成及释放,可能具有较好的心肌保护效果。Objective To discuss the myocardial protective effects in different temperature in beating heart. Methods Sixty patients underwent rheumatic heart disease united cardio valve replacement were randomly divided into experiment group (beating heart in moderate hypothennia,n = 30) and control group (beating heart in mild hypothermia, n = 30). Plasma calcitunin gene-related peptide (CGRP) of two groups were respectively measured and contrasted at six different time intervals. Results CGRP in two groups continuously increased in varying degree during CPB,CGRP in control group increased more quickly than in experiment group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The composition and release of CGRP reduced in beating heart united cardio valve replacement in mild hypothennia than in moderate hypothermia,it might be mere efficient in myocardial protection.
