摘　　要：目的:观察He-Ne激光在促进鼓膜修补术后干耳的疗效。方法:对72例患有慢性化脓性中耳炎(单纯型)或外伤性鼓膜穿孔而无法自行修复的患者,在行鼓膜修补术后第十二天,将其随机分为两组,一组为实验组,一组为对照组。所有患者术腔均填塞碘仿纱条,于第12天抽出,实验组在给予耳局部换药的同时行He-Ne激光术腔照射15分钟,对照组则单纯给予耳内换药,观察两组术后干耳时间。结果:观察组患者干耳时间平均约为11天,对照组患者干耳时间平均约为15天。结论:鼓膜修补术后的患者在撤出耳内纱条后,每次换药同时给予的He-Ne激光术腔照射可明显减少术腔渗出,促进干耳。Objectives：To study the therapeutic effects of He- Ne physical therapy which can promote the ears of patient who after the tympanic membrane repairing to drying. Methods： 72 patients who with Chronic allergic otitis media or perforation of ear dnm were divided into two groups randomly. One is experimental group,another is control group. They were experience the tympanic membrane repairing and packed with idoform gauze which were pull out after twelve days.36 patients were changed dressings and physical therapyed with He- Ne laser as the experimental group;36 cases were changed everyday without any physical therapy as control group. Results：The drying time of the experimental group was 11 days, but the control group was 15 days . Conclusions： The physical therapying of He - Ne laser is oroved to can decurtate the time of exudation after the tympanic membrane repairing.
