摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)超家族的一个新亚群:肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand,TRAIL)与其死亡受体DR4/TAILR1,DR5/TRAILR2结合能诱导细胞凋亡,而DcR1/TRAILR3,DcR2/TRAILR4,骨保护素(osteoprotegeirn,OPG)则作为诱骗受体与其结合可使正常细胞免受凋亡。目前已发现5种TRAIL受体(TRAIL receptor,TRAILR)。研究显示,TRAIL/TRAILR系统在妊娠过程中与胚胎植入、妊娠维持、妊娠终止及病理妊娠也有密切关系。Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand （TRAIL）is a member of the tumor necrosis factor-family of cytokines that is known to induce apoptosis upon binding to its death domain-containing receptors, DR4/TRAILRI and DR5/TRAILR2. Three additional TRAIL receptors, DcR1/FRAILR3, DcR2/TRAILR4 and OPG lack functional death domains and act as decoy receptors for TRAIL.Up to now, we have found five kinds of TRAIL receptors （TRAILR）.Studies show TRAIL/TRAILR system in the course of pregnancy and embryo implantation,pregnancy maintenance,pregnancy-termination and pathological pregnancy also have a close connection.
