长白忍冬花蕾中环烯醚萜类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究长白忍冬（Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel.）花蕾中环烯醚萜类成分。方法采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离纯化,经理化常数、波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果分离得到6种环烯醚萜类化合物,鉴定了其中的4种,结构分别为7S-O-甲基莫罗忍冬苷（1）、马钱素（2）、裂环马钱素酸（3）、6＇-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基獐牙菜苷（4）。结论化合物1-4均为首次从长白忍冬花蕾中分离得到。Aim To isolate and elucidate iridoid compounds in the buds of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate iridoid compounds. Physicochemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Results Six iridoid compounds were isolated, and four of them were elucidated as 7S-O-methylmorroniside （ 1 ）, loganin （2）, secologanic acid （ 3 ）, 6＇-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl sweroside （ 4 ）. Conclusion Compounds 1 - 4 are isolated from the buds of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel. for the first time.
