摘　　要：介绍了几种典型的1,3,4-噻二唑的合成方法及2,5位取代基涉及的反应;介绍1,3,4-噻二唑及其衍生物在工业、农业、医药等领域的重要应用。A brief introduction of several typicaly synthetical method of 1,3,4- hiadiazoles and its substituent involved in the reactions; introduction of application of the 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and its derivatives in industry, agriculture , medicine and other fields.
