柴油-甲醇-水复合化燃料乳化剂的最佳HLB值研究

摘　　要：为了以获得价廉、稳定的柴油-甲醇-水复合乳化燃料。作者通过试验研究了柴油-甲醇-水复合乳化燃料乳化剂的最佳HLB值范围,及在此HLB值范围内的最佳柴油、甲醇和水的配比关系。结果表明:柴油-甲醇-水复合乳化燃料乳化剂的最佳HLB值在3.5-4.3之间,并当配比为柴油:甲醇:水=16:3:1时,所生产的复合乳化燃料稳定性及外观最好。For using diesel-methanol emulsification fuel, one of the most difficulty things is howto obtain stable andcheap diesel-methanol emulsification. The optimumHLB number of emulsion of diesel-methanol emulsification fuel and theinfluence ofwater on itwere studied. It is showed that the optimumHLB number of emulsion of diesel-methanol emulsifica-tion fuel is about 3.5, and the optimumHLB numberof emulsion of diesel -methanol -water emulsification fuel become to theoptimumHLB number of emulsion of diesel-water emulsification fuel when there is water in diesel-methanol emulsificationfuel. The optimum HLB number of emulsion of diesel-methanol-water emulsification fuel dosn＇t change with increasingwa-ter content. But delamination period change with increasingwater content. The delamination period of emulsification fuel isthe longestwhen the scale ofwater to methanol is about 40% in methanol-water and methanol-water is about 8：1 in diesel-methanol-water emulsification fuel. It is favorable to improve the stability of diesel-methanol emulsification fuel to addingwater into diesel-methanol emulsification fuels.
