摘  要:传统乳化液易析油析皂堵塞系统,已不适用于电液控制系统,且其泄漏和排放造成地下水资源的污染。针对电液控制系统的特点,研究开发了一种稳定性优越、洁净度高的新型浓缩液产品,通过大量试验,对其可生物降解性能及各项综合性能进行了深入研究,并在神东公司榆家梁煤矿44214综采工作面和平朔煤炭工业公司安家岭一号地下矿9002工作面进行了井下工业性试验。结果表明,该浓缩液的各项性能充分满足电液控制系统的要求,其生物降解性能良好,是传统乳化油的更新换代产品。The conventional emulsion was easy to separate oil and soap and to jam the system. The leakage and discharging of the emulsion would cause the pollution to the underground water resources. According to the features of the electric and hydraulic control system, a new concentrated liquid product with a stability excellent and cleanness high was researched and developed. With great numbers of the tests, the biological degradation performances and each comprehensive performance were in detail studied. The industrial trials were conducted in the No. 44214 fully mechanized coal mining face of Yujialiang Mine, Shendong Company and the No. 9002 coal mining face of Anjialing No. 1 Mine of Pingshuo Coal Industrial Company. The results showed that each performance of the concentrated liquid could be fully to meet the requirements of the electric and hydraulic control system. The biological degradation performances of the liquid were ex- cellent. The liquid could be the new generation product of the conventional emulsion oil.
