兽医在地震后人兽共患病防控中的作用

摘　　要：目的汶川地震后,农业部及时派出兽医专家组奔赴四川灾区进行人畜共患病防控工作,取得了积极的成效,显示兽医公共卫生作为公共卫生系统的基础部分之一,在灾后疫病防控过程中也起到非常关键的作用。本文从兽医公共卫生的角度,根据此次地震减灾工作中兽医的工作讨论了在震后的紧急情况下兽医如何从制定应急预案,收集灾区信息,实施应急行动等方面开展人畜共患病防控工作。On 12 May 2008, an 8. 0 magnitude earthquake struck north-west of Siehuan＇s county Wenchuan. during which more than 5 million people were reportedly displaced by the earthquake. The displaced populations are at high risk from outbreaks of zoonotic diseases. The Ministry of Agriculture send vets to the disaster areas to help controlling the zoonosis in time, no massive cases emerge up to now. This shows that as a fundamental part of the public health system, veterinary public health assumes a vital role in communicable diseases prevention. This article discussed how to make a emergency plan, what kind of information should be collected, how to implement the emergency relief action in the prevention and control of the outbreaks of some potential zoonosis according to the actual work of the vets after Wenchuan earthquake.
