碱性成纤维细胞因子和透明质酸与甲状腺相关性眼病的研究

摘　　要：目的:有关血碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)与甲状腺相关性眼病(TAO)的相关性国内并无报道,国外亦研究较少。文中通过检测TAO患者的血bFGF和透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)水平,初步探讨其在TAO发病中的作用及其特点。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测20例TAO患者(TAO组)的bFGF、HA水平,同时检测20例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为对照组。结果:TAO组的bFGF(98.02±27.66)pg/ml比对照组(77.24±20.14)pg/ml明显增高(P<0.05);HA(551.09±315.93)ng/ml亦比对照组(350.77±248.80)ng/ml明显增高(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,bFGF与HA呈显著正相关(r=0.57,P<0.001)。结论:TAO组患者外周血bFGF和HA明显增高,提示其可能与TAO的发病机制有关,bFGF和HA可作为TAO活动度的指标。Objective：So for , There are no studies about the association between glycosaminoglycans （GAG）, hyaluronic acid （HA）, basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF） and thyroid-associated ophthalmop- athy （TAO） in our country, and there are also few studies abroad. So we try to investigate the role of HA and bFGF in the patients of TAO. Methods ： Serum levels of bFGF and HA were tested by ELISA in 20 cases with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy patients and 20 patients with Graves＇ hyperthyroidism. Results ： The mean level （ 551.09 ± 315.93 ） ng/ml of HA in TAO was significantly higher than that of the GD controls （350.77±248.80） ng/ml （P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the bFGF level （98.02 ±27.66 ） pg/ml of TAO was also increased significantly, compared with the controls （77.24±20.14 ） pg/rnl （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Spearman regression analysis showed that the HA level was significantly correlated with the bFGF level （ r = 0.57, P 〈0.001 ）. Conclusion：The serum levels of bFGF and HA in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy patients were increased obviously, It implies that bFGF may play an important role in pathogenesy of thyroidassociated ophthalmopathy, bFGF and HA might act as activity indexes of the thyroid-associated ophthal- mopathy.
