综合治疗耳廓深度烧伤晚期创面疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察耳廓深度烧伤晚期创面综合治疗效果。方法:2004年3月～2008年3月间,在MEBO(美宝湿润烧伤膏)重油纱布局部外敷包扎治疗的基础上,及时行蚕食脱痂与自体皮移植修复治疗22例36只耳廓深度烧伤晚期创面。结果:36只耳廓深度烧伤晚期创面全部愈合,其中23只耳廓恢复正常耳廓外形,8只耳廓后轻度瘢痕粘连,3只耳廓部分缺损卷曲畸形,2只耳廓大部分缺损畸形。结论:以烧伤湿性医疗技术为基础的综合治疗措施,治疗耳廓深度烧伤晚期创面,创面愈合快,能有效预防和控制局部感染,降低耳软骨炎的发生率与耳廓的致残率。Objective： To observe the efficacy of comprehensive treatment for auricle deep burn wound in the later stage. Method： During the period of 3/2004 - 3/2008, 22 patients of 36 auricles of auricle deep burns in the later stage were collected. All wounds were treated with MEBO oil gauze bandaging firstly, and then conducted eschar exfoliation and autologous skin graft repair treatment. Result： All 36 of Patients＇ auricles wounds healed. Among of them, 23 auricles recovered normal ear shape, 8 auricles appeared mild scar adhesion, 3 auricles were partial defect and 2 auricles were defect mostly. Conclusion： For auricle deep burn wounds, the comprehensive treatment based on MEBT was effective in accelerating wound healing, preventing and controling local infection, reducing the incidence of ear chondritis and disability of auricle.
