MEBO对陈旧性肛裂术后创面愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在陈旧性肛裂术后创面愈合过程中的疗效和作用。方法:将80例陈旧肛裂术后患者随机分为MEBO纱条组(治疗组)和凡士林纱条组(对照组),各40例,治疗组每日予以MEBO纱条换药,对照组每日予以凡士林纱条换药,观察术后创口疼痛(VAS法)、水肿、出血、痊愈时间、愈合率等指标。结果:MEBO治疗组VAS疼痛指数第4天为3.64±0.51,第7天为1.42±0.24;创口水肿指数为0.42±0.10;创口出血指数为8.34±1.40;创口痊愈时间为15.20±2.00及术后第9天、14天愈合率为48.11±9.04、88.40±5.88均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对减轻陈旧性肛裂术后疼痛、创口水肿、出血及促进术后创口愈合具有良好治疗作用。Objective： To obverse the effect of MEBO on post- operation wound healing of chronic anal fissure. Methods： 80 post- operation patients with chronic anal fissure were divided into MEBO gauze group （treatment group） and Vaseline gauze group （control group） randomly. Each group had 40 cases. Dressing change with MEBO gauze everyday in the treatment group, so did with Vaseline gauze in the control group. The observed indexes included the postoperative pain, edema, bleeding, healing time, healing rate etc. Results： In the treatment group, VAS pain index data were 3.64 ±0. 51 on the 4th day post - operation, 1.42 ± 0. 24 on the 7th day; wound edema index （0.42 ± 0. 10） ; wound bleeding index （8.34 ± 1.40） ; wound healing time （ 15.20± 2.00） and healing rate was 48. 11±9. 04 on the 9th day post - operation and 88.40 ±5.88 on the 14th day post - operation. All of them were superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： MEBO can alleviate postoperative pain, mitigate edema, reduce bleeding and promote the wound healing. It is worthy to be popularized to gross root hospital.
