肛裂术后外用湿润烧伤膏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛裂术后应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)的疗效。方法:将MEBO涂抹于肛裂术后切口处,每日涂药3次,直至痊愈。结果:156例患者使用MEBO治疗后疼痛明显减轻,手术切口逐渐变为新鲜红润,周围炎症逐渐消退,检查时触压痛减轻;本组156例患者经治疗后全部痊愈,愈合时间最短8天,最长21天,平均10.5天;愈合后创面黏膜呈淡红色,黏膜弹性好,肛门无狭窄,指诊柔软无硬结。结论:MEBO可减轻肛门疼痛,促进创面组织再生、修复,操作方法简便,疗程短,临床应用安全。Objective： To observe the effects of MEBO in treating wounds of post- anal fissure surgery. Method： Apply MEBO to wound of anal surgery 3 times per day until wound healing. Results： 156 cases were collected. After using MEBO, all patients had feeling of pain relief obviously. The surgical incision changed into flesh and ruddy gradually, inflammations subsided and felt soft and tenderness with no induration as touched. All of cases were healed. The healing time range was from 8days to 21days, average 10. 5days. Healed mucosal wound appeared pink and had good elasticity. There were also no anal stenosis and no induration felt with DRE touch. Conclusion： MEBO can relieve pain, promote wound regeneration and repair, and reduce treatment course. The clinical application of MEBO is simple and safe.
