MEBO治愈一例泛发性皮肤与皮下组织缺损伴多处筋膜间隙感染

摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗广泛性皮肤与皮下组织缺损伴多个筋膜间隙感染的临床疗效,为同类疾病应用MEBO治疗提供临床经验和理论依据。方法:对病变部位进行彻底扩创,采用多部位对口开窗冲洗,将MEBO灌注于病变腔隙内并作对口引流。全身配合抗感染、营养支持等措施治疗。结果:经246天全程使用MEBO治疗,组织缺损部位与坏死的筋膜间隙全部再生愈合。结论:MEBO治疗泛发性组织缺损伴多个筋膜间隙感染疗效可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating a case of defect of generalized skin and subcutaneous tissue combining with multiple interfascial space infections with MEBO. To provide clinical experience and theoretical basis for the application of MEBO in treating similar disease. Methods： For the pathological tissues, debridement was made thoroughly at first, then multi - sites rinsing with contra - aperture windowing was conducted, and then lacuna of the pathological site was filled with MEBO and counterpart drainage was made. Systemic treatment such as anti - infection and nutritional support was carried out simultaneously. Results： By using MEBO in the whole treatment course for 246 days, the total of tissue defect and the necrotic interfascial space were regenerated and healed. Conclusion ： Treating generalized tissue defect with multiple interfascial space infection with MEBO has reliable effect.
