大鼠肺脏血管紧张素Ⅱ受体亚型的免疫组化研究

摘　　要：选用特异性ＡＴ１和ＡＴ２受体的抗肽段抗体，利用免疫组织化学染色方法对大鼠肺脏中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的分布情况进行了观察。结果表明ＡＴ１受体主要分布于肺内血管的内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和支气管的平滑肌细胞；ＡＴ２受体仅分布于细支气管上皮细胞表面。The　polyclonal　rabbit　antipeptide　antibodies　of　AT　Ⅱ　receptor　were　used　to　study　the　immunohistochemical　localzation　of　AT　Ⅱ　receptor　in　rat　lung.　It　was　shown　that　the　intense　staining　of　AT1　receptor　was　expressed　in　the　arterial　smooth　muscle　cell,　endothelial　cells　of　the　little　artery　and　capillary,　a　moderate　level　of　staining　was　found　within　the　smooth　muscle　of　bronchi.　However,the　AT2　reveptor　was　only　expressed　on　the　free　surface　of　bronchiole　epithelial　cells.
