摘 要:目的测定百合药材中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法Phenomenex C18色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流速:0.7ml/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:203nm;流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱。结果薯蓣皂苷元线性范围为0.04μg~1.60μg,r=0.9988,回收率为98.16%,RSD为2.07%。结论本方法灵敏、准确,可用于百合药材的质量控制。Objective To detennine the content of diosgenin in Lily. Methods Phenomenex C18 (4.6×250mm,5μm)colour spectntm post was used. Flow rate: 0.7 ml/min; Post temperature: 30 ℃ ; Check wavelength: 203 nm; Grad is washed coming off by mobile phase mixed of acetonitrile - water. Results The linear range of diosgenin was from 0.04 μg- 1.60 μg, r = 0.9988. The recovery of the added sample was 98.16%, RSD was 2.07%. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive, accurate and be used as one of method for quality control of Lily.
