摘　　要：[目的]探讨重型颅脑外伤病人家属的心理需求,为临床采取对策提供指引。[方法]采用自制问卷对重型颅脑外伤病人家属的心理需求进行调查分析。[结果]不同文化程度的家属在希望有责任心、了解病人所患疾病及如何护理病人等知识心理需求方面有统计学意义(P<0.05),文化程度越低,心理需求越高。[结论]救治重型颅脑外伤病人的同时要重视家属的心理需求,对文化程度低的家属要特别关注,护士应努力提高业务水平,利用多种形式的健康教育减轻家属的不良情绪。Objective：o probe into psychological demands of family members of severe craniocerebral trauma patients,so as to provide instructions for taking some strategies in clinic. Methods： Psychological demands of family members of severe craniocerebral trauma patients were investigated by filling out self- made questionnaire. Results： There were statistical significant differences in terms of responsibility demand, understanding of patient illness and how to nurse patients between family members with different culture level （P〈0.05）. The lower their culture levels the higher the psychological demands of family members. Conclusions： One should pay more attention to psychological demands of family members at the same time of rescuing patients with severe cranioeerebral trauma, especially for family members with lower culture level, nurses should enhance self - professional level and provide various styles of health education to relieve poor emotion of them.
