摘　　要：[目的]探讨脊柱疾患椎弓根系统内固定手术的护理配合。[方法]为65例病人做好术前心理护理及术前常规准备,术中密切观察生命体征,保持呼吸道通畅,医护密切配合。[结果]65例病人的手术顺利完成,无并发症出现,手术效果良好。[结论]椎弓根系统内固定手术是治疗脊柱疾患的有效方法之一,认真做好术前准备、认真的手术操作、必要的术前准备及术中完善的护理配合是保证手术顺利成功的重要环节之一。Objective： To probe into nursing coordination ot pattents wlm spinal column disease undergoing pedicle of vertebral arch system internal fixation. Methods： Preoperative psychological nursing and routine preoperative preparation were carried out for 65 patients. And vital signs of them were observed closely during operation and respiratory tract of them were kept unobstructed. Doctors and nurses cooperated closely. Results： All 65 operations of patients had completed successfully. No complications had occurred. The operative effect of them was better. Conclusion： Pedicle of vertebral arch system internal fixation was one of effective ways to treat patients with vertebral column disease. Because of complicating and difficulties of the operation and needs of variety of surgical instruments, nurses must cooperate with doctors to ensure the operation going on smoothly.
