钛镍合金带膜支架置入术治疗晚期食管癌的护理

摘　　要：目的延长晚期食管癌患者的生存期,提高患者的生活质量。方法对68例晚期食管癌狭窄患者行钛镍合金带膜支架置入术。结果68例患者均一次性置架成功,吞咽困难症状明显改善。结论食管支架围手术护理是手术成功的关键因素。Objective To prolong the life of the patients who suffer from advanced esophageal cancer and improve their life quality. Methods We did filmed titanium-nickel alloy stenting operation on 68 patients with advanced esophageal stenosis cancer. Results The 68 operations were all succeed with no use to do any more operation,and dysphagia had been obviously released. Conclusion The peri-operative nursing of esophageal stenting is the key point for a successful operation.
