肿瘤坏死因子α在类风湿性关节炎中作用的临床研究

摘　　要：应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对23例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者及12例正常对照者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)水平进行了测定。结果显示:23例RA患者中19例血清中检出TNFα,12例正常对照者中仅2例检出。RA患者血清中有高水平的TNFα。活动期RA血清TNFα水平明显高于稳定期。RA患者血清TNFα水平与红细胞沉降率(ESR)及免疫球蛋白IgG含量呈正相关。提示:TNFα在RA发病及病情发展中的介导炎症和免疫调节方面起重要作用,可以作为RA疾病活动性的监测指标。The levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα)in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) from 23 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and 12 normal controls. The results showed that TNFα was detected in 19 out of 23 serum samples from RA patients, but only 2 out of 12 from normal controls. High levels of TNFα were found in the sera of patients with RA. The levels of TNFa in active RA were obviously higher than those in stable RA. Furthermore, the levels of TNFa correlated with ESR and IgG in RA. The data suggested that TNFa plays an important role in mediating inflammation and immuno-modulating during pathogenesis and progression of RA,and it could become the monitor of disease activity in RA.
