摘  要:使用自行研制超声疲劳试验系统对焊接接头进行超长寿命疲劳试验,对比了普通焊态焊接接头与超声冲击态焊接接头超长寿命区间的疲劳行为.研究结果表明:无论是焊态焊接接头还是超声冲击态焊接接头,其疲劳寿命S-N曲线均为连续下降曲线;焊态和超声冲击态焊接接头在1×107循环周次附近甚至1×109循环周次时接头试件仍然出现了断裂;对于不同焊后处理状态的焊接接头,分别给出了普通寿命区间和超长寿命区间(以1×107为疲劳寿命分界点)参考疲劳设计曲线,对今后焊接接头的疲劳寿命设计提出了建议.Ultra-long life fatigue test was carried out with the ultrasonic fatigue testing system developed by the Welding Technology Research Institute of Tianjin University. The fatigue data of the origin welded joint were compared with those of joint after ultrasonic impact treatment (UIT). The results show that the S-N curves of the joints as-welded and those treated by UIT decline continuously without horizontal section. Both kinds of specimens of the welded joints fail in the 1 ×10^7 cycle region. Even in the 1×10^9 cycle region,the cracks still can be found in the welded joints. Design curves of the welded structure in normal life and ultra-long life (fatigue life divided by 1×10^7 cycle point)are discussed based on different post-weld treated states which could be a reference for the latter study of the fatigue life design.
