摘  要:本研究比较了高渗盐水和生理盐水处理,对手术小鼠细胞免疫功能和伤口愈合的影响。结果表明,高渗盐水处理组小鼠腹壁切口裂开的张力(149.0±9.1mmHg)明显高于生理盐水处理组(124.1±9.2mmHg);高渗盐水处理组的迟发型超敏反应(DTH)程度(0.073g±0.025g)和淋巴细胞增殖能力(刺激指数18.0±9.6)均明显高于生理盐水处理组(分别为0.045g±0.009g和8.5±7.6)。体外实验还发现,提高培养液中氯化钠的浓度,术后24h淋巴细胞的活性增加。Aim: The experiment was designed to compare the effect of small volume hypertonic saline or isotonic saline treatment on wound healing and cellular immunologic function in mice after surgery. Methods: Animals underwent a standardized midline leparotomy, which was followed by intravenous injection of 7.5% NaCl solution in a volume of 10 ml/kg body weight(HTS group, n =10) or normal saline in a volume of 20 ml/kg body weight (NS group, n =10). The splitting strength (mmHg) of incision and cellular immunological function were measured afterward. Results: The splitting strength of incision in mice of HTS group was 149.1±9.2 mmHg, which was significantly higher than that of mice in NS group (124.1±9.2 mmHg). The delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) was expressed as the weight of hindlimb foot that was sensitized with DNFB minus the weight of the contralateral control foot. and the lymphocyte proliferation response to PHA was determined using a stimulating index(SI). DTH and SI were significantly elevated in HTS group(0.0725±0.25 g, 18.0±9.6) compared to that in NS group(0.045±0.009, 8.5±7.6). In vitro , hypertonic media elicited obviously higher metabolic activity of lymphocytes obtained from spleen of mice 24 hours after leparotomy in NS group. Conclusion: In contrast to isotonic saline, hypertonic saline could improve wound healing and immunological status in mice afer operation.
