摘 要:目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染尿细菌培养及药敏试验情况。方法对135例Ⅱ型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者的尿液进行分离培养及药敏试验。结果病人尿液革兰阴性杆菌阳性率为67.4%,革兰阳性球菌阳性率为25.2%。其中大肠埃希菌阳性率41.5%,酵母样真菌阳性率7.4%;革兰阴性杆菌对头孢曲松钠、丁胺卡那霉素和妥布霉素的敏感率分别为91.2%、85.7%和70.3%,革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、头孢曲松钠和林可霉素的敏感率分别为79.4%、67.6%和55.9%。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染尿细菌对部分抗生素耐药;临床上应合理使用抗生素。Objective To study the effect of urine bacterial culture and susceptibility tests in type Ⅱ diabetics with urinary tract infection. Methods 135 type Ⅱ diabetic patients with urinary tract infection were separated by urine culture and sensitivity tests. Results The isolates were 67.4% Gram-negative bacilli, 25.2% Gram-positive cocci, 41.5% Bacillus coli, and 7.4% yeast like fungi. The antibiotic sensitivities for Gram-negative bacilli were 91.2%, 85.7%, and 70.3% for ceftriaxone sodium, amikacin, and tenebrimycin, respectively, and for Gram-positive cocci they were 79.4%, 67.6%, and 55.9% for vancomycin, ceftriaxone sodium, and lincomycin, respectively. Conclusion The bacteria from the urine show partial resistance to some antibiotics in type Ⅱ diabetic with urinary tract infection, and rational antibiotic use should be used in the clinic.
