摘 要:用美蓝法、谷海瀛镀银法、石炭酸复红法和Blendon镀银法等4种染色方法对变形杆菌进行染色,参照West提出的评分标准进行打分。结果4种染色方法中,谷海瀛镀银法染色效果最佳,鞭毛粗大、清晰,易于观察,其次为石炭酸复红法和Blendon镀银法,美蓝法染色效果最差。鞭毛染色方法首选谷海瀛镀银法,但是应用媒染剂稳定性差,需要加热处理。Bacterial flagella were stained with methylene blue, GU Haiying's silver-plating method, alkalescent earbolfuchsin and Blendon's silver-plating method. All stained smears were scored by WEST's standard. The best method was GU Haiying's silver-plating method with which the flaglla was big with clear staining. However, the mordant has low stability, and heat should be used. The next best methods were alkalescent carbolfuchsin and Blendon's silver-plating method. The method with the poorest results was methylene blue staining. Therefore, GU Haiying's silver-plating method is the optimal method for staining bacterial flagella.
