亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶软组织填充剂在整形外科中的应用

摘　　要：从１９９７年１０月到１９９８年２月，利用一种新型的软组织填充材料－亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶填充乳房、面颊、颞部、大腿、臀部和生殖器官，取得了初步良好的效果。该凝胶在填充部位的组织中，物理和化学性质不变，也不改变植入部位皮肤和组织器官的结构和功能，同时也不产生明显的纤维包膜，动物实验和临床应用都显示该填充剂没有任何免疫反应，无毒性，局部反应轻，也不引起急慢性炎症。报道２４６例不同缺损的病例用该凝胶治疗，其中女性２４３例，男性３例，年龄从２０～４５岁。在所有的病例中，无１例并发症产生。治疗结果显示选用亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶作为软组织填充剂修复缺陷，不仅安全有效。The preliminary result of polyacrylamide hydrogel-a kind of new medical soft tissue filling agent implanted in breast, cheek, thigh, buttock and sexual organs 246 patients in our department from Oct. 1997 to Feb. 1998 is reported. After having been used, the physical and chemical characteristics of it have not been changed in the human bodies. It didn't change the structuve and function of the skin and the organs around. It didn't produce the fibre capsule. Both animal experiments and clinic applications demonstrated the excellent biocompatibility without any immune reaction, toxicity, carcinogenicity and the acute and chronic inflammatory. Patients with different deformity have been cured, female 243, male3, ages ranged from 20 to 45. There were not any complications in our cases. The result of our cases appeared that the usage of the polyacrylamide hydrogel for correcting soft tissue deformity was not only very safe and effective, but also very simple and convenient.
