跨皮电刺激辅以局麻用于甲状腺手术麻醉效果的观察

摘　　要：选择９０例甲状腺手术的患者，随机分为ＨＡＮＳ（Ｈａｎ＇ｓａｃｕｐｏｉｎｔｎｅｒｖｅｓｔｉｍｕ－ｌａｔｏｒ）加局麻组（ＨＡＮＳ组）、局麻组和颈丛神经阻滞组（颈丛组）三组，每组３０例。结果ＨＡＮＳ组的麻醉效果明显优于局麻组（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与颈丛组的效果基本相同（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＨＡＮＳ组的局麻药用量明显减少，与局麻组和颈丛组相比有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＨＡＮＳ组的镇痛效果良好，并且局麻药的用量明显减少，且操作简便，安全可靠。To evaluate the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS) aided local anesthesia with Hans acupoint nerve stimulator(HANS),ninety patients undergoing thyroid operation were recruited. Patients were randomly assigned to three groups of thirty each. The first group was operated under HANS plus local anesthesia,the second group under local anesthesia alone,while the third group under cervical nerve block. Patients with HANS showed significantly better anesthesia compared with those with local anesthesia alone (P<0.05). No difference was observed between groups with HANS and cervical nerve block (P>0.05). The dose of local anesthetics used was significantly reduced in HANS group compared with the other two groups (P<0.05). We conclude that HANS combined with local anesthesia is a convenient and safe procedure, which induces good analgesic effect with much lower dose of local anesthetics.
