摘　　要：苎麻纤维粗硬,柔软性差,成纱质量差,尤其是长毛羽多。为改善纱线质量,采用赛络纺纱技术试纺27.8 tex纯苎麻纱;探讨了粗纱间距、成纱捻系数、钢丝圈规格对赛络纱质量的影响;得出了赛络纺27.8 tex纯苎麻纱的最优工艺。Ramie fiber is of hard and poor softness and the quality of the formed yarn is poor due to containing too much long hairiness. In order to improve the yarn quality, sirospun spinning technology is used to spin 27.8tex pure ramie yarn. The influence of space between two rovings, twist factors for yarn forming and specifications of travelers on formed yarn quality are tested and analyzed to obtain an optimized technology in processing 27.8tex pure ramie sirospun yarn.
