摘  要:VSAT通信系统以其设备简单、建设速度快、建站及通信费用低、组网灵活、多址接入、数据传输速率高、系统稳定可靠、综合通信能力强等特点获得迅速发展。移动指挥系统是功能综合的信息化平台,具有数据传输量大、实时性要求高、事件响应快速等特点,为此通信系统构建是关键。阐述了利用现有的卫星通信技术和Vipersat卫星通信系统来实现上海电力应急抢修移动指挥系统的解决方案,分析了使用Vipersat卫星通信系统的优势和它的功能及性能,以及该系统的组成和应急通信应用情况。Due to its advantages of simple equipment needed, quick construction, low cost in station construction and communication, flexible networking, multiple access, speedy data transmission, stable and reliable system, and strong communication capability, the VSAT communication system is developing rapidly. For a mobile command sys- tem characterized by large volume of data transmission, high demand of real-time performance and quick emergency response, construction of its communication system is of great importance. The solution of applying current satellite communication technology and the Vipersat satellite communication system to the mobile emergency response com- mand systems for Shanghai Power Grid was illuminated, as well as the system' s architecture and applications.
