摘　　要：在对流域梯级水电站节能调度特点进行具体分析的基础上,结合评价指标选取原则,构建了一套定量与定性相结合的指标体系,从而为合理评定梯级水电站节能调度效益并对其实施有效监管、解决系统内调节效益补偿问题提供了决策依据。Based on the characteristics of energy-saving generation dispatching, the principles of evaluation index se- lection were combined to build a set of quantitative and qualitative indices. The target was to assess the benefit of en- ergy-saving generation dispatching and to provide support for solving issues such as benefit compensation.
