摘　　要：针对外高桥三厂启动调试过程中导致断路器无法合闸的高感应电压现象,基于电磁暂态程序(EMTP)建立了外高桥三厂的感应电压分析模型,研究了外高桥三厂在各种工况下的桥引线感应电压,并提出了调度操作中应注意的问题和解决措施。The high induced vohage occurred during start-up debugging for Waigaoqiao No. 3 Power Plant made the circuit breaker unable to switch off. To solve the problem, the electromagnetic transient program （EMTP） was used to construct the induced voltage analysis model to investigate the induced voltage under various conditions for Waigao- qiao No. 3 Power Plant. Problems needing more attention were proposed, as well as countermeasures.
