摘 要:建立了Φ400mm大断面圆坯连铸凝固传热的数学模型。应用该模型计算了过热度、拉速以及冷却强度等因素对铸坯温度、坯壳厚度、凝固终点的影响,为现场生产确定了合理的二冷工艺参数。生产实践证明,当生产Φ400mm铸坯的拉速达到0.4~0.6m/min时,自动控制的二次冷却制度满足工业连铸要求,可得到优质铸坯。The math model for solidification heat-transfer in continuous casting of Φ400 mm round bloom is established. It has been used to make calculation concerning the influences by elements as degree of superheat, withdrawal speed and cooling intensity on bloom temperature, shell thickness and solidification end-point, and thus proper process parameters of secondary cooling for actual site operation are determined. Relevant operation practice has demonstrated that in case of casting Φ400 mm round bloom, with a withdrawal speed up to 0.4-0.6 m/min, the automatically-controlled secondary cooling schedule is satisfactory to the requirements for commercial production of quality blooms.
