摘  要:结合近年来发展的钢管斜轧理论,采用Solidworks计算机应用程序模拟均整机的斜轧空间,对锥形辊均整机的导板进行了优化设计。介绍了Solidworks设计软件的特点,采用该软件进行导板设计的原则与步骤,导板基本尺寸及材质的确定,三维设计与传统设计方法的比较等。通过三维设计及优化,所设计的导板流线符合均整时金属流动原理,满足了均整时孔型封闭的要求,确保了均整后的钢管质量。Based on the steel tube rotary-rolling theory as developed over the recent years, optimum deign of the guide shoe of the cone type reeling mill is conducted by means of simulation of the reeler' s rotary-rolling space with the Solidworks computer application program. Elaborated here in the paper are the main aspects of the design method, involving the characteristics of the said application program, determination of the design principle and procedure, the basic dimensions and material, etc. of the guide shoe with the software, and a comparison of the 3-D design with the conventional design method. Thanks to the 3-D design and the optimization, the streamline of the guide shoe as designed is in conformity with the principle of metal flow in the reeling process, being satisfactory to the requirement for the closed groove for reeling, so as to ensure the quality of tubes as reeled.
