针刺配合硬膜外麻醉减少胃大部切除牵拉反应的临床观察

摘　　要：以针刺配合硬膜外麻醉观察胃大部切除时之牵拉反应，并以硬膜外麻醉为对照组，结果表明；针剂配合硬膜外麻醉组施行胃大部分切除的牵拉反应明显低于硬膜外组。减少了辅助用药，提高了麻醉安全性。Acupuncture anesthesia suffers from insufficient analgesia and muscle relax, peridural anesthesia can't prevent visceral traction pain/reflex. In clinical practice, a new anesthetic method with enhancing analgesia and reducing traction reflex is in urgent need. In order to investigate the curative effect of a new anesthetic method for subtotal gastrectomy, in this article,acupuncture anesthesia integrated with peridural anesthesia was as the observing group,peridural anesthesia was as the control group,The results showed: Efficacy in reducing traction reflex during subtotal gastrectomy of the observing group had much better than that of the control group. It also reducaed adjuvant drug required and enhanced safety.
